For the past 12 years I have been a trainer for a variety of organisations and have taught in areas such as communication, creativity, trans cultural understanding, leadership, working with conflict and group dynamics, etc. I have worked with people from over 80 different countries and have run programmes in Brazil, Holland, India, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.

In 2003 I founded the social research agency The Dream Mill with the aim to support the development of meaningful and engaging campaigns and services. We have worked with many government agencies and international charities - conflict is often an essential element in the research process especially when we consult with marginalised and disaffected audiences.

Given my creative background in design I have always been curious about the multiple stages in the creative process. From my experience it is often in moments of difficulty and conflict (both internal and external) where opportunities for growth and development are hidden. My work in conflict facilitation has certainly enriched my own life and inspired everything I do.
